PUTHAT Exam 2025 - Registration, Dates, Eligibility, Pattern, Syllabus, Preparation

The Panjab University, Chandigarh is expected to release the PUTHAT notification 2025 in April. Candidates willing to seek admission to BHMCT and BTTM courses offered at UIHTM PUCHD (University Institute Of Hotel And Tourism Management - Panjab University Chandigarh) need to apply online at - puchd.ac.in. The PUTHAT exam 2025 will be held in May tentatively. Candidates need to register and fill the PUTHAT application form online. PUTHAT exam is conducted to offer admission into the Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology & Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management programmes.

The applicants are advised to check the PUTHAT 2025 eligibility criteria before proceeding to fill the online application. Also, the aspirants need to fill and submit the PUTHAT application form 2025 before the deadline. The PUTHAT application form last date will be tentatively in April 2025. The application fee has to be paid online based on the category, during the application filling process. The applicants registered successfully will be issued with the PUTHAT admit card 2025 according to the schedule. Candidates will be able to view and download the PUTHAT 2025 admit card using the login credentials.

Panjab University conducts the PUTHAT exam at University level. The full form of PUTHAT is ‘Panjab University Tourism & Hospitality Aptitude Test’. The Panjab University will release the PUTHAT 2025 notification at the official website -  puchd.ac.in. The PUTHAT application form is expected to be released in April 2025.

The applicants will be able to download the PUTHAT admit card 2025 that will be released at the official website based on the schedule. The authorities will conduct the PUTHAT exam 2025 in offline mode in May tentatively. The PUTHAT exam will be held for a duration of 1 hour 30 minutes. Candidates need to pay the PUTHAT application fee based on their category.

The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for counselling as per the schedule that will be released officially. The seat allocation will be done based on the PUTHAT schedule and the candidates need to confirm their seat allotment by making the admission fee payment.

About PUTHAT

Panjab University, Chandigarh conducts the Panjab University Tourism and Hospitality Aptitude Test (PUTHAT) for admissions to hospitality and tourism courses under the University Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management (UIHTM). PUTHAT is conducted once a year for admission into Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT) and Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management (BTTM). BHMCT is a four-year programme having 60 seats for Indian aspirants, 06 NRI seats and 3 foreign nationals seats. While in BTTM there are 30 seats for Indians, 03 NRI and 2 for foreign nationals seats.
